By day, I lead strategies for some of the biggest brands and characters in entertainment. By night, I am an educator, public speaker, producer, and podcast host. With an education in Entertainment Business and Media Psychology, I have unique expertise and understanding of the impact of media on young minds as they try and find their place in the world. It is my life’s mission to show families how to use media as a tool to help them build healthy relationships, find inspiration, and ultimately create a life full of joy.

Growing Up is Over rated.
Written for teenagers and young adults who feel like they have to grow up and leave their childhood behind.
After many years of planting my feet firmly in reality, I realized the world was a lot like a supervillain - it tries to beat the childlike qualities out of each one of us. The wonder, the fun, the make-believe, excitement, and enthusiasm, everything that makes kids kids! This book is all about using what brought us joy when we were younger as a tool to find happiness in adulthood. I use comic books and superheroes as an example of how I have framed my life, found happiness, and gained an understanding of the world. I challenge the world’s definition of “maturity” and break down the classic superhero origin story as a template to help others find their superpowers, convictions, and reasons to suit up and fight another day.
